Custom Map Design
A custom wedding map is the PERFECT addition to your wedding invitation suite or for use in your guests out of town bags! Not only is it a great way to show your guests where and when everything will be happening during your wedding weekend, but it can be a cute way to show your style and personality while accenting your wedding invitation and rsvp cards. You can add an itinerary or directions on the back of your custom wedding map design or make your custom map into a save the date post card! It's all up to you!

**Please Note** This listing is for the DESIGN/DEPOSIT only. Once we finish the design and you approve it for printing you will then need to purchase the listing for Printed Maps. Please see the "Print my maps" listing for pricing information for prints.
What is included?
Included in the $175.00 Design Fee/Deposit is the following:
♥ Custom Map Design! Your map will be designed completely custom to suit your locations and preferences.
♥ Single sided design
♥ Up to 5 locations or landmarks to be showcased/highlighted on the map.
♥ All color choices are up to you
♥ All font styles are up to you
♥ All wording can be to your liking as well!
♥ Up to 5 rounds of revisions (if needed)
♥ Proofs in jpeg image format (low resolution)
♥ Final prints to be paid once the design is completed, prior to printing.
♥ Add locations for 10.00 each or 5 locations for 40.00
♥ Add a back side to your design for an itinerary or welcome note for 40.00
♥ Add an inset for 25.00 each (a small zoomed in area showing more close details around one or more of your locations)

If your locations are far apart but you don't need or want close up details then insets aren't necessary :)
Turn Around Time
you can expect your FIRST proof from me in about 15-20 Business Days (so approximately 3 to 4 calendar weeks) from the time you purchase AND provide me with all the information needed to complete your map.
Revisions will be completed in 2 to 5 business days. You will have up to 5 rounds of revisions included in the purchase price.
**Please Note** Observed business days are Monday through Friday only and exclude major holidays.

♥ To get started on your custom map, Add this map listing to your cart by choosing your size and specifications from the drop down menu. If you don't see the exact specifications you are looking for please message me and I will help you get a custom listing set up.
♥ When checking out, a form will pop up that will ask you the questions about your map details that I will need to get started designing. Please fill those out as completely as possible.
♥ Typically you can expect your FIRST proof from me in about 15 to 20 Business Days (so approximately 3 to 4 calendar weeks) from the time you purchase AND provide me with all the information needed to complete your map.
**Production time will not start until I have ALL of your locations and addresses** Your map will be added to my production calendar once your deposit is placed and I have received all your information.
♥ Once you receive your first proof from me, you will have up to 5 rounds of changes. It is rare to need more revisions than that, but in the event that you do, each additional round of revisions after that is $25. So in order to streamline the process please take the time to look over your map after the first proof is created and group any revisions you might want into one round. If you send multiple emails with one revision each, those may count as individual rounds of revisions. Thank you so much for your help in streamlining this process :) Revisions will take approximately 2 to 5 business days.
♥ If any changes are needed to the size of the map after the map has been created, this may result in resizing fees starting at $100. Each map is custom created to fit your locations and the size map of your choosing. So changes to size, layout or locations after the map has been started will often require starting over. Please take care to choose the accurate size and include all locations when checking out. If you have any questions don't hesitate to message me.
♥ After the design is completed, the balance for the printed maps will be created for you. Please let me know at the time of placing your deposit the total quantity you will need so I can provide you with the information specific to your balance. I do not currently offer digital files for your own printing. Exceptions will only be made for large format printing that I am unable to provide.
