Custom Pet Portraits are the perfect gift for your animal loving friends. As someone who treats their pup as an absolute princess, I know first hand how meaningful getting a custom painting of my dog would be. If your pup (or kitty or bunny) can have it’s own Instagram following, it definitely needs it’s own portrait. Each portrait is hand painted from your provided reference image to capture your beloved pet's unique personality. Colors, banners, wording and text are all personalized during the painting process. Read on below to learn more about the process of working together.

The overall timeline will vary based on many factors (schedule, responsiveness, number of proofs needed, etc) but overall it is a good idea to leave at least 4 - 8 weeks for your custom pet portrait project. If you are including custom printed items as well the more time we have the better. Depending on my current schedule, rush options may be available. If you think you need to add a rush please let me know. Also, if you are purchasing this as a gift for someone I can provide you with a complimentary gift certificate to give them so they will know their custom pet portrait is on the way soon!
Proofs will then be finalized and approved by you and the printing will begin after the balance has been paid.
Once I have all that information, I will create your initial sketches. You will make your choices and approve your sketches for painting and I will then create your watercolor proofs. You will review your proofs and request any changes if needed. Up to 3 rounds of changes are included.
